Faith Wolinsky

Faith Wolinsky was admitted to practice in 2004 and specializes in civil litigation including discovery, law and motion, and trial practice. Her practice concentrates on the defense of asbestos personal injury and wrongful death actions. She also has experience in the defense of personal injury actions and construction defect cases.

Before joining Vasquez Estrada & Conway LLP, Faith was an associate at the Law Offices of Glaspy & Glaspy in Walnut Creek California. Prior to practicing law Faith worked for ten years as a research assistant on epidemiological studies at the University of California, San Francisco.

Faith received a Bachelors Degree (magna cum laude) in Anthropology in 1995 from San Francisco State University. Faith earned her Juris Doctorate in 2003 from the University of California at San Francisco, Hastings College of the Law. During law school Faith was an intern at the San Francisco District Attorney's Office (Juvenile Division) and was a Judicial Extern to The Honorable Timothy Reardon at the California Court of Appeal.
