Gina M. Travaglio

Gina Travaglio is a litigation associate at Vasquez Estrada & Conway LLP; her focus is on environmental litigation.  Her experience includes toxic tort, personal injury, premises and product liability and breach of contract actions.  She has represented insurance carriers and self-insured business entities, as well as individuals.  Prior to her admission to practice in 1999, Gina worked as a certified legal intern for the San Francisco District Attorney's office for over four years.  She has participated in numerous trials and handled all aspects of litigation, including hundreds of depositions, discovery, law-and-motion practice and mediations.

Gina graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a B.A. in Legal Studies and a minor in Business, with an emphasis on Real Estate and Urban Land Development.  She received her law degree from Golden Gate University School of Law in 1997. She studied Art History in Florence, Italy and Law of the Sea and International Environmental Law in Malta. Gina is a fourth generation San Franciscan.
