Jann M. Noddin
Ms. Noddin has vast experience in defending companies and individuals in a variety of practice areas. She has practiced extensively in the areas of general liability, construction defect, contract disputes, workers' compensation, and employment disputes. As a general liability practitioner, Ms. Noddin has defended entities and individuals in slip and fall matters, other premises liability cases, products liability, and vehicle accidents. She has managed construction defect matters and workers' compensation cases which included the handling of all discovery, depositions, and hearings. She has also handled many contract dispute claims involving matters such as failure to pay and no-compete agreements.
Ms. Noddin has gone to verdict in several juvenile dependency trials and an employment dispute trial. She successfully resolved a construction defect matter prior to jury selection. She also has many years of mediation, arbitration and negotiation experience which have led to favorable results for her clients.
Ms. Noddin earned her Bachelor's Degree in Art at San Francisco State in 1981, her Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology from John F. Kennedy University in 1984, and her Juris Doctorate from San Francisco Law School in 1997. Before becoming an attorney, she worked for Alameda and Mendocino Counties as a social worker. During this time she also became a licensed Marriage Family Child Therapist and had a private practice treating abused and neglected children.
Ms. Noddin was admitted to practice law in the State of California in 1998. She is also licensed to practice before the Northern, Central and Southern Districts of California as well as the Federal Appellate Court.
