Abel P. Nair

Abel P. Nair joined Vasquez Estrada & Conway LLP in 2010. He is resident in the firm's Glendale office.  Abel has substantial experience handling toxic tort claims, commercial litigation and a wide variety of insurance defense matters with complex legal and factual issues. His practice currently focuses on the defense of asbestos-related personal injury and wrongful death claims. 

Prior to joining the firm, Abel was an associate at Tropio & Morlan, where his experience included the defense of a large multinational corporation in numerous toxic tort actions arising from claims of exposure to substances such as asbestos, benzene and gasoline. While at Tropio, Abel was successful in obtaining multiple summary judgment victories for his clients.

 


Abel graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1998, obtaining a B.A. in Psychology, and obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of California's Hastings College of the Law in 2002. Abel is a member of the California Bar, and is admitted to practice law in all California state and federal courts.
