Allyson Massimino

Allyson Massimino was admitted to the California Bar in 2005. Her practice is focused on the defense of toxic tort, environmental and personal injury claims. Her prior litigation experience, with the Law Offices of Chapman & Intrieri LLP, concentrated on insurance defense, including employment, breach of warranty, products liability claims and the defense of Lemon Law and contract fraud suits in the automobile industry.

Allyson was awarded her Juris Doctorate in 2005 from Golden Gate University, and her Bachelor's Degree in Politics from the University of California, Santa Cruz, in 1999. She is a member of the California Bar and the Bars of the Northern District of California and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
