David J. Mann

David Mann was admitted to practice in California in 1996. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Courts, Central and Northern Districts of California. His practice has focused primarily on civil litigation defense of business entities. In his defense practice, Mr. Mann has represented manufacturers, distributors, contractors, and premises owners in personal injury and wrongful death actions with favorable results.

Mr. Mann has overall case management experience including depositions, fact and expert discovery, and law and motion practice. He has developed and implemented discovery plans, including budgets, and assisted in trial and case resolution. He has also written and successfully argued law and motion in San Diego, Los Angeles, Alameda, and San Francisco Superior Courts.

Prior to joining Vasquez, Estrada & Conway, LLP and in addition to his defense practice, Mr. Mann provided volunteer family law services for military personnel stationed at Travis AFB, assisted plaintiffs in a variety of business contract matters, and served as a Judge Pro Tempore in the Solano County Superior Court. In his spare time, he is active in the administration of CYO sports for youth in the East Bay. He is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, and the John F. Kennedy School of Law.
