Kelli A. Herzog

Kelli A. Herzog was admitted to the California Bar in 1999. Her practice involves the defense of construction defect, professional liability, environmental, and personal injury claims. In addition to drafting and successfully arguing many dispositive motions in toxic tort cases, Kelli has acted as lead attorney in a sexual harassment mediation and in two construction defect arbitrations in San Francisco. Before joining Vasquez Estrada & Conway LLP, Kelli practiced at Low, Ball & Lynch in San Francisco.

Kelli was awarded her Juris Doctor degree in 1999 from the University of San Francisco and her Bachelor's Degree in History & Literature from the University of California, Santa Cruz, in 1995. She is a member of the California Bar and the Bars of the Northern District of California and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. Kelli is also a member of the Marin County Bar Association and the Bar Association of San Francisco.
