Lloyd D. Cowell
Lloyd D. Cowell joined Vasquez Estrada & Conway LLP in September 2003 as Of Counsel to the firm. His practice concentrates on the litigation of products liability actions. Lloyd worked as a Felony Trial Deputy with the Franklin County Public Defender (Columbus, OH) from 1991 - 2000, where he took over 30 jury trials to verdict. Lloyd moved to California in 2000, practicing in-house with Wells Fargo Bank, and then with the Severson & Werson firm in San Francisco. In these positions, Lloyd litigated claims brought in connection with Regulation Z, retail auto sales contracts, consumer credit actions and warranty actions.
Lloyd earned his Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and History from Miami of Ohio in 1987. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Capital University Law School in Columbus, OH in 1990, where he was awarded the Order of the Curia, a University Academic Scholarship, and was enrolled on the Dean's List. He also received an AMJUR award in Remedies. Lloyd is a member of the Marin County Bar Association and the Bar Association of San Francisco.
