Robert J. Bugatto

Robert J. Bugatto was admitted to practice in California in 2001. He graduated from Hastings College of the Law, where he served as Production Editor for the Hastings International and Comparative Law Review. Mr. Bugatto received his undergraduate degree in History from St. Mary's College, California. During his senior year at St. Mary's, he was Parliamentarian of the Student Senate. He has also attended the London School of Economics.

Prior to joining Vasquez Estrada & Conway LLP in 2005, Robert gained experience in many areas of law including products liability, professional liability, and real estate and employment litigation. Among his more notable successes was a multi-million dollar, complex real estate dispute, where he was instrumental in securing a favorable verdict after a bench trial against one of the State of California's largest real estate brokerage houses. He has also secured many dismissals for product liability and malpractice defendants.
